Weekly Meal Prep
Life is always so busy, which is why this service is the perfect solution. This popular service is simple, easy and includes meal prep for the week, as well as calorie counted & portioned meals for those wanting to reach their fitness goals. Do you have dietary restrictions like IBS, Gluten Free, or Vegetarian? No problem. Our professional chefs have training in nutrition and culinary arts in a wide variety of dietary needs. We offer both personalized meal plans & simple standard weekly meal prep.

Cooking Classes
Whether you’re hosting a party or simply desperate for your kids to eat healthier, this service brings the most delicious and creative culinary concepts straight to your kitchen. Natalie has taught at several different NYC public schools as well as the prestigious Peter Kelly Teaching Kitchen in Cortland Manor so she is sure to provide a great cooking experience for both children and adults.
Dinner Parties
Our team brings a farm to table restaurant with top service and specially chosen food to make your evening party exactly what you hoped for. Enjoy a wonderful and healthy dinner in the comfort of your own home without the stress and effort of making the big meal. All Covid safety protocols followed.

ABOUT NATALIE, OWNER
Natalie has been in the kitchen since before she can remember! In her grandmother’s home, Natalie was taught the wonderful alchemy of cooking while encouraged to experiment and explore. Now, her goal is to use her culinary expertise and nutritional knowledge to help you achieve your healthiest life.
A graduate of the Chef’s Training Program, Natural Gourmet Institute for Health & Culinary Arts, and with a degree in Foods & Nutrition from SUNY Westchester, Natalie expanded her repertoire with a Study Abroad Program in Cuba, through the University of Albany. She was a Chef with the Peter Kelly Teaching Kitchen, affiliated with New York Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital. She was also a Chef with Wellness in Schools, an organization that works with schools to transform cafeteria menus, train school food staff, and provide nutrition education and cooking classes to students in New York City public schools. At N.A.T. Foods, she is a "remote" private chef who plans and executes weekly menus of food for busy clients, taking into account their preferences and dietary modifications.
Natalie was working as a Farmers Market Manager for 8 years in Westchester County.
In 2018, Natalie was named a 40 Under 40 Rising Star by the New York Hispanic Coalition.
In 2022, Natalie was named one of the Mujeres Destacadas by El Diario Newspaper.
